Taking a fitness class can be a great way to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals! It can be fun to try different types of classes, such as strength training, yoga, Pilates, cardio, or kickboxing. Joining a class can also provide a great sense of community and accountability, which can further help to motivate you.
I, for one, love ClassPass as it gives the flexibility to experience different forms of working out. From yoga & stretching to HIIT and boxing, there's a variety of classes to determine what's best for you.
On the other hand, I know there are a lot of people that like to workout out alone or with a trainer to have that personalized experience. Classpass even has it where you can go to an Open Gym and work out at your leisure without having to be a member of the said gym.
